The next meeting and conference will take place in Singapore at the Grand Hyatt Singapore.

Location & Date: Singapore, Asia, May 19 - 22, 2008

Conference part of HP-CAST 10 will start on Tuesday, May 20th, and close Thursday 22nd.
This time there will be two focus sessions in addition to many invited and contributed papers:
FOCUS SESSION 1: CHALLENGES OF VERY LARGE CLUSTERS
FOCUS SESSION 2: ASPECTS OF VIRTUALIZATION IN HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPUTING
The conference sessions will be complemented by deep-dive tutorials/ workshops on Monday afternoon, May 19th, and Research and Collaboration meetings (Catalyst, CCN, SIG) on Thursday afternoon.

Membership in HP-CAST is by institution. A multi-site institution is represented as a single member. For more information on membership rules and responsibilities, see the HP-CAST charter. To join the organization, complete the membership application form.

The Hewlett-Packard Consortium for Advanced Scientific and Technical (HP-CAST) computing users group works to increase the capabilities of HP solutions for large-scale, scientific and technical computing. HP-CAST provides guidance to HP on the essential development and support issues for such systems. HP-CAST meetings typically include corporate briefings and presentations by HP executives and technical staff (under NDA), and discussions of customer issues related to high-performance technical computing.
